How do I receive my tickets? +

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an e-ticket with a unique QR code to your registered email. You can also access your tickets in your account dashboard. Simply show the QR at the venue entrance for scanning.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend? +

Yes! Refunds are available based on the timeline in our policy page. Please review the full cancellation policy before booking.

What's included in VIP packages? +

VIP packages include a reserved table, 1 bottle of premium spirits, unlimited soft drinks & mixers, a dedicated personal host, priority entry, access to the exclusive VIP lounge, and complimentary valet parking at select venues.

Is there an age restriction? +

All our events are strictly 21+ for events involving alcohol. Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID. Entry will be denied without proper age verification. Some daytime events like pool parties may be 18+.

What's the dress code? +

Smart casual to semi-formal. No shorts, flip-flops, or sportswear for club nights. Pool parties are obviously pool-wear friendly. Rooftop and house parties: smart casual. Specific events may have themed dress codes mentioned in the event details.

Can I buy tickets at the venue? +

We strongly recommend buying online in advance as our events sell out fast. If available, walk-in tickets at the venue are priced 30–40% higher than online prices. No guarantees of availability at the door.
